If the outcome you are seeking is to earn top dollar in your sale, we will discuss repairs, improvements & staging.
3. Effective Marketing
Our team knows the importance of relevant, fresh marketing that will catch the eyes of buyers. Professional photography, videography, floor plans, and social media marketing are a must.
4. Price for the Market
We will work together to identify a competitive price and strategize for the current market. Be wary of any agent who promises you a price.
5. Show your Home
This is a big moment! We will prepare you for what happens during a showing and how to leave your home in a way that leaves the greatest impression.
6. Negotiate Offers
Whether you receive one offer or several, price is just one term that we look at. We will navigate all the fine print and skillfully negotiate the best terms for you.
7. Clear the Contingencies
Inspections, appraisals, walk-throughs, oh my! There are several milestones to reach after you accept an offer, and, with us, you will know what to expect at each one.
8. Closing

Shae sets her sights high and aims to deliver! Obtaining her real estate license while in her senior year of high school, building a real estate business on the premise of above and beyond service, rock solid ethics, and an engaging and fun team atmosphere has long since been a passion. After graduating from the University of Minnesota (Go Gophs), growing ReRoot Group became a top pursuit in partnership with her husband and visionary, Blake. Through life lessons of her own and having experienced multiple markets, wealth building through real estate is another strong thread woven into her business and life.
She works exclusively as the Listing Specialist for the team, which means that when she lists your home for sale, her attention is focused on learning about your goals and what is important to you, helping you through the key process of preparing your home for sale, presenting your house through top notch marketing, networking with other top Realtors, and negotiating all aspects of an offer (or several). These steps are taken with care and pride, and will help you get your house sold quickly and for the most amount of money possible. You will know that her daily activities are always working towards your goals.
Outside of her life as a Realtor, Shae shares a life and a home with a darling, curious, seriously silly (oxymoron?) and social daughter, Skylar; a smart, also curious, funny, generous and warm husband, Blake; and a sweet, gentle, food obsessed, early rising dog, Louie. Outdoor adventure, travel, fitness, well being, and their family and social connections fill her cup.
