  • Blake Hanson

    INVESTING SPECIALIST

    Blake earned his real estate license while attending the University of Minnesota, just as the housing bubble was bursting, helping Shae sell new construction condominiums. After graduating, Blake worked alongside Shae to build ReRoot Group and support clients through the unique market brought on by the Great Recession. He was able to help buyers through the often tedious purchases of bank-owned foreclosures and short sales and assisted homeowners in avoiding foreclosure by finding alternative solutions. He took on an exclusive Buyer Specialist role in 2012 and successfully helped hundreds of people find homes in competitive sellers’ markets.

    Blake's career evolution has led him to the area he is most passionate about - growing wealth through real estate investing. He is an active participant as a property investor and property manager. He is finding opportunities for our clients from single family or condo units as rentals to multi-family properties to apartment buildings 🏢. Blake will help you hone in on your own investment goals, create an actionable plan, and partner with you as you embark on your wealth and legacy building journey.

    When not number crunching or repairing something at one of his rental properties (or at his 115+ year old home), he is snowboarding, mountain biking, or planning his next family adventure with Shae and Skylar. He is also probably going down a rabbit hole researching some history, learning about something new, or trying to figure out how to repair something.
