April is all about connecting with people, working hard, and having a blast while doing it all! She earned her real estate license in 2021 after about 10 years in Retail Management. April attended North Dakota State University for Apparel, Retail Merchandising, & Design with a minor in Business. Though she has an eye for style and design, her true passions lie within the greater concept of meeting and helping people. After several years of owning her own home, she discovered her love for real estate and her desire to help others with their own real estate goals. Working alongside Shae and Blake, April has learned the ins and outs of the industry and how to best serve our clients. Not only is she focused on serving our clients at a high level, her knowledge and love for design and style is something that has unexpectedly added value to our clients during their home shopping experience.

She is the Buyer Specialist for the team, so when it comes time for you to buy a home, her focus is on what is most important to you and how she can help get you there, while navigating the market of the moment. April prides herself on educating clients throughout the entire process and on current market conditions (whether you’re a first time home buyer or buying your 4th), keenly watching and networking for your perfect match, coordinating and showing the best options in a timely manner, and of course, masterfully negotiating purchase offers. She is responsive and communicative, so you know she always has your back. Above all else, her main goal is to get you into a home that is perfect for you!

Outside of the daily grind as a Realtor, April enjoys any sort of adventure, traveling to new places, anything on a lake, and of course, shopping. April resides in White Bear Lake with her husband, Ryan, her two cats, Ritz and Roux, and her pup, Winston!
